I have an account manager I've worked with for a long time. Her customer service keeps us coming back. She always lets me know when items she thinks we'd like are on special, and when I have some odd requests for certain types of merchandise, she finds it. I couldn't ask for more support. We've had deadlines for events when we've needed items within two weeks and she always makes it happen. I've never had anything show up late.
My account manager does all the work for me! I just give her a little bit of information and she always comes back with great ideas and great prices. Occasionally we get in a bind and get behind schedule with ordering, but she always gets what we need on time. No other company compares with you!
